VINTAGE OME BANJO SERIES
This produces a somewhat “Brighter” tone and response than the shorter 25.5” scale used on Ome’s “Old-Time” Series banjos, but it is still the “Woodiest” sounding Vintage Series banjo the company makes. the 12”/26 bracket Jubilee utilizes the OME maple Tone Rim construction with two adjustable brass rim rods. This produces a somewhat Brighter tone and response than the shorter 25.5 scale used on Ome’s Old-Time Series banjos, but it is still the Woodiest sounding Vintage Series banjo the company makes. The 2-ply solid maple rim is 9/16” thick and is capped with black ebonite and bound with simulated tortoise shell. The JUBILEE features a standard 26.25” scale, 1.28” nut width, and a 17 fret S-scoped fingerboard.
